Service Description

Reiki is a form of hands-on or remote energy healing that reactivates the life-force energy (chi) in the body to ignite the natural healing response. Through Reiki & other forms of energy work, you will learn how to tap into the Universal Life Force energy that always surrounds you, and use it to fuel your purpose.  With the addition of holistic health coaching, with techniques like shadow work and visualization, you will learn how to shift out of survival patterns of behavior and carve the path for new ways of being. You will train your nervous system to listen to your body's signals—rather than denying or ignoring them—to uncover a newfound appreciation of your body's inherent wisdom.
